BOLTT is a fast-paced biannual conference hosted in OTTAWA and TORONTO.

The Ontario eLearning Consortium (OeLC), in partnership with CANeLearn, invites you to become an integral part of our extremely popular BOLTT Conferences in 2024.  BOLTT (Bringing Online Teams Together) is a biannual, fast-paced conference attended by professionals directly involved in the development, organization, administration, and delivery of tech-enabled and eLearning programming for students from Ontario and beyond. Both in-person and virtual delegate streams are available.

In 2024, the BOLTT conferences include:

BOLTT provides collaborative opportunities to learn, share, and network around best practice for:

  • Elementary, Intermediate, Secondary, and Adult eTeachers, Hybrid Teachers, Blended Learning Teachers, and other tech-enabled educators;
  • DeLCs, TELT-Cs, and eRegistrars;
  • School and School Board Administrators, Technology/Instructional Consultants and Coaches

The conferences have been strategically planned to facilitate both the sharing of best practices, and the expansion of personal networks.

BOLTT Conferences include an exciting and varied series of engaging presentations delivered by experienced educators representing all levels from classroom to Ministry. Workshops focus on effective pedagogy and technical tools and resources that support quality programming, including:

  • innovative practices in course development, delivery, assessment, communication, and student tracking and reporting in an eLearning, remote, hybrid, or other tech-enabled learning environment for elementary, secondary, or adult learners, or for special programs,
  • impactful tools to enhance online course instruction or assessment,
  • unique online learning programs, projects, and initiatives.

To contribute to the success of the event and the experience of its attendees, the OeLC is currently reaching out to vendors to sponsor one or both of the 2024 BOLTT Conferences. We have introduced a new multi event sponsorship opportunity for 2024 through which sponsors can access sponsorship discounts by committing upfront to sponsor both the Ottawa and Toronto 2024 BOLTT Conferences.
