PLEASE NOTE

• Book your room(s) as soon as possible. Rooms are limited and will sell out early.
• Rooms must be reserved by April 2 to secure our preferred room rate (while supplies last).
• These accommodations instructions can be used for both the OeLC Field Operations Meeting #3 on May 3 and the BOLTT Conference on May 4.
• Underground parking is included at no additional cost.

• Contact the INHOUSE Reservations Team at Brookstreet Hotel either by phone (613-271-1800) or email (reservations@brookstreet.com).
• Reservations can be reached Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, and Saturday from 9am to 5pm.
• When making your reservations, be sure to indicate that you are part of the OeLC Field Operations Meeting and BOLTT Ottawa Spring Conference group so you receive our preferred room rate.
