PLEASE NOTE:

Book your room as soon as possible. Rooms are limited and will likely sell out early.
Rooms must be reserved no later than April 6, 2024 to secure our preferred room rate of $199.00 per night (while supplies last).
The quoted room rate is for single/double occupancy. Triple and quadruple accommodation is available at an additional cost of $25.00 per person, per night.
Complimentary parking in the climate controlled, underground garage with in and out privileges is included for all BOLTT attendees.
The quoted guestroom rates will be extended to three (3) days pre and post event, subject to availability.

Callers should identify themselves as being with the Spring OeLC Field Operations Meeting and Ottawa BOLTT 2024 Conference to ensure you are charged the BOLTT group rate (subject to availability).
All reservations will be required to be guaranteed with a major credit card.

Again, be sure to reserve your room ASAP. Rooms are limited and will likely sell out before the conference registration closes.
