Registration for the BOLTT Ottawa Conference is now open

Conference Information

Please read all of the information below for the 2023-24 BOLTT Ottawa Conference before submitting your registration.

Registrants for the BOLTT Ottawa Conference have the option to attend the conference in person or virtually.
Please note that virtual workshops are live-streams of in-person workshops. As a result, all workshop presenters must attend the conference in person.
Your in-person conference registration includes all meals and snacks outlined on the schedule found on the BOLTT Ottawa Schedule page
Free parking is available onsite for all BOLTT attendees

Registration Payment Options and Fees

BOLTT CONFERENCE PAYMENT OPTIONS

Conference registrants have the following payment options:

pay with a credit card when registering
pay with a credit card at a later date
be invoiced to pay at a later date (either individually or sent to an employer or sponsoring organization)

BOLTT CONFERENCE FEES (CDN)

BOLTT Conference registrants have the option to attend in-person or virtually.

OeLC Member Boards:

In-person attendance – $225.00
Virtual attendance – $100.00

CAVLFO Fee:

In-person attendance – $250.00
Virtual attendance – $125.00

All Other Registrants:

In-person attendance – $500.00
Virtual attendance – $250.00

BOLTT Accommodations

Please visit the Ottawa Venue and Accommodations page to book your accommodations as soon as possible. Rooms are limited and will likely sell out early.

NOTE: Rooms must be reserved no later than April 6, 2024 to secure our preferred room rate (while supplies last).
